How Many Points Can You Miss and Still Pass The Written Test For Missouri Driver's License?
In the state of Missouri, the driver's license test is administered by the Missouri Department of Revenue. For this test, there are four parts to it: a written test, vision test, road sign test and driving skills test. If you are about to take the written test and worried about how many points you need in order to pass in Missouri, we take a look here.
Driver's Ed Requirements
For Missouri residents, the DOR does not require new drivers to take Drivers Ed before earning their permit. Missouri has the Graduated Driver License Law. The first step in the process is to obtain your Instruction Permit.
Passing the Written Test
For the written test in Missouri, it consists of 25 multiple-choice questions. These questions will test you on your knowledge of traffic laws, highway signs and markings, road rules, road signs and safe driving practices. In order to pass the written exam, you need to answer 20 questions (80%) correctly.
While Driver's Ed is not required in Missouri, we do offer an online Driver's Ed course for new drivers interested in taking it to prepare for the written test. Everything you will be tested on for written exam is discussed in this course, so it will help you be better prepared for the test. You can also study from the Missouri Driver Guide, which is provided by the Missouri Department of Revenue.
