Do I need to call my insurance company before taking a lesson?
Coastline provides insurance for our students for the duration of your lesson in our car. So you do not need to notify your insurance company or add anyone to your insurance before your driving lesson.
There is no additional fee for insurance. It is covered in the lesson price.
You will want to notify your insurance company before driving another car. So for instance, if you're a teenager who's going to be driving your parents car to practice between lessons, you will want to first call your insurance company to discuss their requirements.
