Pass Drivers Ed Course
Complete the 32 hour drivers ed course in no less than 16 days (Texas law only allows 2 hours of study per day) and we'll issue your course completion certificate right away
Pass Written Test
Bring your completion certificate to the DPS and pass your written test to receive your learner's permit
Complete Behind-the Wheel Training
Complete 44 hours of parent-led behind-the-wheel training to receive your behind-the-wheel completion certificate
Complete ITTD Course
Complete the state required Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) Course

Driving lessons in Fifth Street are designed to build a strong foundation of essential skills in a controlled environment. Students first become comfortable with vehicle basics like smooth acceleration, proper braking, and accurate steering on quiet residential streets. This initial phase focuses on mastering fundamental maneuvers and building the confidence necessary to handle more dynamic traffic situations safely.
Once a student is comfortable, lessons progress to navigating local arteries and major routes like I-69. This practical experience is vital for learning how to safely merge, maintain proper following distance, and adapt to freeway speeds. These skills prepare drivers for common trips to nearby areas such as Stafford or Missouri City, ensuring they are ready for real-world driving conditions.
We offer flexible pickup and drop-off at home, school, or work when available. To accommodate various schedules, some lessons may begin at convenient meeting points in the area, which will be shown once you start searching availability.
Our ultimate goal is to empower new drivers with the tools and knowledge for a lifetime of safe travel. We focus on translating structured lessons into proficient, defensive driving habits that students can rely on every day, no matter where their journey takes them.
